The area overall can be pretty itchy at times. And it will get pretty red if I mess with it too much. The spot in particular has my concern.

I also used a retinol body lotion about a month ago a few times but it seemed like it burned my chest area (used it on my hands as well..didn’t have the same impact there) second pic is yesterday evening. I wasn’t in any direct/heavy sun yesterday, pretty cloudy. First this morning
