My wife returned from 9 months maternity leave march 30th. From then until 1st June she was on Pto. Maternity leave was unpaid.

From march she has not received any pay, including June payroll for which she was officially back to work.

We also knew at start of April that they hired a replacement for her role, from an internal email she was sent and from LinkedIn.

Since returning, she has been isolated. Locked out of all systems including the hr system

She has sent 6-7 formal emails requesting to be paid, what her role is and why she is locked out of the systems straight to the ceo, it’s a small company

CEO has met twice with her saying he would sort her pay out and get her systems unlocked and then ghosts her again for a few weeks.

Not only that she requested a payslip for her June pay and payroll replied 2 weeks ago they were doing the calculation of what was owed and nothing since

She can’t see what the formal grievance policy is as she is locked out of every system and they won’t reply to her

She is currently filling out wrc complaint, and will be seeking a lawyer aswell.

Is there anything else she needs to do to follow correct procedure or should try before submitting wrc complaint ?

I’ve checked base filter and put in a new one. Can’t find any blockage on the base or on the robot port

Sounds normal , when run auto empty with door open the bag is not filling with air or even moving

Any idea what it could be, I’m sure I’m missing something , mostly hoovers up dog hair

I hate how annoying it is every year having to switch all my household bills!!!!

So going to see if I can build a site that does it for me and continuously monitors for best deals and alerts me especially around renewal time

Has anyone tried this before? Am I underestimating the effort ?

Every year it's the same story energy contract ends, broadband goes up, and suddenly I'm spending a Saturday trawling through comparison sites that probably aren't even showing me the full picture anyway.

So I've just started building something myself to track it all and ping me when there's a better deal. Nothing fancy, just tired of doing it manually every year.

Anyone else gone down this road or found something that actually works?
