Does anyone here have SAI or Tertiary AI that has passed ACTH stim test?

So, I don't want to go into detail about my labs because people here seem to jump on it very quickly to say I don't have it. Never taken steroids in my life however I did use a drug (which I am not willing to disclose) that I believe induced my symptoms. I have frequent low-normal 9am cortisol values for my age, yet I passed the stim test twice. I have some of the symptoms of AI but not others, though it is confusing because some studies I read didn't need to have low BP and low ACTH to have it. So my symptoms are fatigue, apathy, memory loss, irritability, hypoglycemia. I have been investigated for other conditions and they've all come up zilch. Wondering if anyone who has been diagnosed with SAI or TAI is in a similar boat to me?

Judge hates me and has left scathing statement of reasons

So, after waiting ages for my lcwra tribunal, of which I already had lcw, I had my hearing and the judge was awful. He didn't like what I had put down in my personal statement about health care professionals being wrong and didn't appreciate anything I had negative to say about job centre staff either. He made insinuations about me basically being lazy and he ignored my problems and everything I had said. Even worse, he had produced a scathing statement of reasons, including saying he himself wouldn't have given me lcw and that it was generous I had been given that. I don't know how to proceed, what my best response should be when appealing and who to appeal to, I.e should I ask for a set aside or directly appeal to the upper tribunal?

Low-normal 9am Cortisol High dheas

So I just wanted to talk a little bit about what has happened to me and ask if anyone else has similar stats/symptoms.

I stupidly decided to use tretinoin cream on my face some years ago now. Long story short I suffer from pas, which a lot of dumb people who don't actually have it, try to claim, much like about adrenal fatigue, that it doesn't exist and you are either depressed or mentally unwell and that is the cause of your symptoms. Wrong. The reason I am also on here is because one of the things that has been tested and come back low-normal for was cortisol. So I have been told by a medical professional who isnt an endocrinologist but an endocrinology nurse that at my age (mid 20's) my cortisol should be 400 or higher at 9am. My cortisol consistently comes back (had it done around five times at 9am now) at between 192-316. I have only ever had one 192 which was during a period of illness as I also suffer from repeated infections/viruses and have been diagnosed with mild intermittent neutropenia. My 9am cortisol is more often than not in the 200's and the highest its ever been is 316. I passed two stim tests but I am thinking I suffer with either partial adrenal insufficiency or hpa axis dysfunction or dysregulation. My dheas are elevated, I cant remember the exact value but they are just slightly past the highest range.

My symptoms are as follows:

Hair loss/thinning

Low/almost non existent libido

Depression

Anhedonia

Hallucinations associated with waking from/going to sleep

Memory loss

Apathy

Joint pains

Weight gain

Chronic fatigue that only gets worse with stress

Irritability

Brain fog

Heart palpitations/shortness of breath upon illness

Hypoglycemia

FYI periods are regular, never irregular. Blood pressure is always normal.
