Is it normal for straighteners not to pull non-con off the belt

I’ve noticed when specific people are straightening they let the non-cons that completely fill your hamper down the belt like those long huge rectangle boxes down the belt , and then there’s those big cubes of whatever that will fly out of the hamper onto the floor or can potentially hit you in the head while it’s in the hamper. Among other things.

I had a safety guy complain to me about having some boxes on the floor in the back near the ov racks, I told him that they’re letting bs non cons down so I didn’t have time to stow it. He said he would tell management and nothing
changed. If he had to say something about it it’s not allowed right?

Not given provisional credit / money from dispute

I ordered an open box item off of Best Buy’s eBay site 2 months ago for 2.2k I did not receive the item, i requested and i filed a return which was accepted. I asked if i had to return it since it wouldn’t make sense since I didn’t get the item but I got automated responses, and would be giving them the same box of bs,which I turned to eBay for support

They asked me to file a police report which I called my sheriffs station and made a virtual appointment for the following Monday. I am then banned from eBay at 1am that Monday before said appointment which I made on Friday or Saturday

I contacted support two separate times about what’s going on they say I’m no longer able to use their services and so I copy the chats I had then file a chargeback

Today I won the claim but my bank account balance is the same I was never issued provisional credit in the first place and I assume it had to do with it being a chargeback on an online retailer but I’m not to sure.

I’m just asking for help with an idea with what’s going on so I can get this sorted out a bit quicker after work. Just stressed as is. I know it’s dumb of me not to inquire earlier

Edit - forgot today is Sunday so they’re closed

Is unloading brutal every time you do it?

TLDR am I going to injure myself unloading I’ve already done it diverting once. Or does my body have to get used to it first?

I slept like two hours and I keep revising it so stuff will be off

So on Sunday almost a month after I got my device training for water spidering and unloading. I was put to unload for 5-10 minutes before they sent me to the stow floor because the needed people. I didn’t ask to be put there because I realized I’m being paid the same to do a different type of work.

Today I was told to stow by a manager, then a woman says she was this was her aisles she went back to confirm, I gave her my finger scanner and left. I go to the pick n stage cage manager has people around it standing looking at her , she tells me to unload

I was put on the first line with just boxes heavy boxes and ovs . for most of the shift then jiffied and smaller boxes at the end .

I always push myself when I work . But holy I’ve never sweat so much in my 5 months working here, I had to constantly wipe my forehead , neck part of my shirt soaking wet, sweat getting in my eyes burning them and making me close them from time to time, and it’s a warmish warehouse since it’s summer. I did pick and stage after and got 35k steps the entire day .

I will find out the damage to my body tomorrow after I wake up , my arms will probably fall off. I don’t mind working so hard since I’m trying to lose weight .

Empty one cart there’s another behind it a new cart is brought behind the cart your working on the there’s a cart to your side over and over

I actually kinda enjoy it since I’m not standing in one place and when the line is empty I just help other people with stuff or walk non cons

Are seasonals kept after prime week?

My site has been accepting an amount of transfers for the past month and they’ve onboarded another class of full-timers today and I think next week. Bit jelly there have been no full-time transfers for us only 12 hr part-time pick and stage for a couple of weeks last month

I am a flex worker, but for the past three months I’ve been able to consistently work 40-50 ish hours but im at 20ish now. They don’t have pick and stage shifts for next week. no Saturday shifts.

,What’s the point of hiring all these people when there’s no shifts for anyone to pick up, Vto is being sent out a lot and we finish pick and stage much earlier than usual with less people. I get a lot of people quit but still

I’m just annoyed seeing some of the lazy associates that were let go from peak are back taking away hours from people that actually want to work. I don’t mind all the newer people though unless they become like above

Warehouse- Manager suddenly cold to me

Not sure if this is the right sub to post this, I might delete this later

So there’s this woman at work who used to be pretty friendly to me until a few weeks in after being re-hired to my job at my Amazon warehouse. Basically I first came to Amazon warehouse last November . I was let go in January because it was a seasonal and i was able to get back in march.

She was pretty friendly with me from the start compared to other managers, she playfully swatted my shoulder with her gloves when I walked by one time.

She was the first person give me a different job than the usual and usually assigned me to her aisles . One time when I was working she randomly came up to me a said that I looked like I was losing weight, my face this diet etc and we talked for a bit in an aisle. She came up for me another time and said that I looked ok and just needed to put on some muscle and we talked again about random stuff, etc. We would talk on and off.

At the start of the shift you clock in and theres generally two lines with managers behind this moveable desk with a laptop on it, you go up to them and they scan your badge and assign you a job for the day. Sometimes one line is shorter than the other or she may be the only person there.etc

So I am forced to see her in some capacity . She doesn't say my name anymore and just dismisses me. I don't know what I did wrong, I want to ask but that's unprofessional, i'm not owed anything nor am I expecting anything, it just makes me feel very weird that theres been a complete 180 from this person and I have to see them a lot. This is my longest job at 4 months in total, because my area sucks so I don’t have to much experience with people In a work environment. I've never said anything that would put her off.

Also another manager started recently kinda do the same but she was always like that but she went even lower she doesn't even say a word to me when I have to interact with her and when she is forced to interact with me. I never liked her though she's the laziest manager in the building. But the rest of them have been cool to me another one is more open to me now.

I will say I did have a bad mood last month, my grandfather died in march, then one of my good aunts in April. But I was still the same minus some facial expressions I guess. When I started to come home from work my mother said that I look aggressive / mean which I was unaware of, though it made sense since I was very stressed and I get drained from the people at work . Regardless at time at the start of my shifts I always smiled and gave eye contact.

If this post is missing details or something. im sorry I've been procrastinating posting this and i'm tired. I want to stop caring but that's not who I am.
