Level 3 Ammo

I figure this has been brought up before but with season 7 tier limits for the modes I was hoping that for normals it would be T3 or below, lockdown with T5 and below and forbidden as unrestricted but normals stayed at T4 and below as it was usually played before S7. My question or whatever is what is the point of T3 ammo outside of the 7.62x25 and 12x70 caliber since they only go up to T3 when most people in normals that I seem to run across are wearing T4. I get that most T3 ammo only takes 7-8 shots to get through T4 armor with T4 only taking 2-3 and so for a few calibers the cost or time it takes to kill has relatively no difference like in 9x19. It just feels like T3 ammo either is stuck as a bottom loaded ammo or just not worth it to run in comparison to either T4 or T1/2 ammo and just ends up being something I only look to sell and not use really.

Paper to Card Glueing Method

First time making some proxies and I just plan to print the cards on some paper and then glue them to bulk cards but I’m not sure what the best way to do it. I was thinking of getting a liquid glue like Elmer’s and rolling on a thin coat onto the back of the paper using a smooth roller like you might with ink on a rubber stamp and place bulk cards behind the proxies but I’ve seen suggestions to instead use things like glue sticks or other basic adhesives. I’m just looking for something simple that will get the paper to be as flat to the card as possible and preferably durable as well.

Checking old hard drives/an ssd

I have a couple drives from when i occasionally picked up parts from goodwill and I’m just looking to see if they have an OS on them otherwise I just plan to wipe them for use but concerned just in case they have something malicious on them.

I have an old pc that just has a drive with an old Linux mint on it. Is it safe to just swap the drives to see if it boots into an OS and then if it doesn’t just plug it in with the Linux drive and use that Linux to wipe them just so long as I don’t connect to wifi in either scenario or is there something else I should watch out for.
