Does anyone have any insight of experience with these ?

I started using a Polar H10 to test my sleep and just some odd testing since it gives the raw data the results from what im understanding are good just curious if these are good or just more normal.

These were done during sleep I have a lot of these but this is just 5 minute snapshots and most of them look roughly like this sometimes higher rmssd or lower.

If anyone can kind of explain what these mean i would like to learn about it🙂

How did i do on my sprints ?

Granted this was all on a treadmill using my garmin 970 and a polar h10 i was trying to also get my heart rate up I don't really get it much higher then than 170bpm.

After my warm up I basically did a 1-2min run on each starting at 5.5mph till 8mph at the end. After I did a zone 2 for 30 minutes to cool down. Hopefully the data helps and thank you for your help.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated 😊

A beginners running adaptation noticed from years of strength training ?

I want to see if either i am just crazy or if I am realizing my own body's adaptation to running and maybe a few could help explain it ?

So I started may 1st and basically every other day for May I did some kind of running I did sprints primary for the first 10 days and this is after I spent a few months preparing my body to run like 10 second run and then walks etc.

What i noticed is that I would frequently wake up way earlier and be immediately amped up to run, and almost every day when I went on the treadmill to jog or run I learned how to lengthen or shorten my stride, how to breathe properly or if my hr starts getting higher I know how to deep breathe while running to cause it to lower and how to control my adrenaline and tell my body when its over reacting and also catch my body if it is not doing something right. Maybe in 2 months or less I can basically run for 1 hour at 4.7mph with basically no issue and it just feels like a normal run.

I basically think my body wanted to run very badly because it after the first week the brain really wanted to learn how to piece how to run effectively together and my rest of my body like the heart and lungs etc saw it as a fun new and exciting stimulus. Also my RHR is 39-44 when im sleeping or just laying in bed.

Set a new personal record for my hr and distance how's it look ?

So I started doing zone 2 for 2 days an hour each and today I wanted to do a long run for 3 miles without stopping. I know its on a treadmill but I haven't properly acclimated my body for outdoor trails yet.

The most surprising part to me was my hr barely touched 170bpm towards the end not sure how could adapt that quick to zone 2 training ive been running for 2.5 months consistently but what do you think and do you have any recommendations?

Would this be a decent run for someone after 2 months ?

Just trying to make sure I'm not over doing it. My breathing feels fine a little harder at 170 but perfectly manageable at 170-178bpm there are two 1 minute rests that I took at 24-25mins and 31-33mins ive noticed my breathing relaxes very quickly once I stop or go lower the pace a decent amount.

Is this normal for my heart rate and HRV to adjust like this after 2 months of relatively consistent running ?

The first three pictures are from today 6-28-2026. I wanted to give multiple test results for better accuracy I was using the Polar H10 during the first few results.

I unfortunately only have the samsung galaxy watch 6 results for the last one which was done on 6-2-2026.

I am curious why my heart rate doesn't go that low and basically seems like its destabilized itself instead of going much lower maybe it needs more of a break?

I really just started running consistently for 2 months after a few months of getting my body into the movment. I have been doing Strength training and calisthenics for 17 years and still do.

How does this run look for someone just starting after 2 months ?

I started running in the beginning of May and consistently ive been running almost every other day. I figured I would do a little bit of zone 2, 3 and some shirt runs.

How would you view my progress in 2 months ?

I feel like im improving pretty well. I feel like Zone 2 is very comfortable for me I can basically breathe through my.nose the whole time.

The first graphs are from today, the last graph is from May 8th

How to increase endurance for running

So a little back story I started lifting weights and doing calisthenics when I was 13 and have been doing that consistently for 18 years. I just started running consistently every other day for a month seeing massive adaptations.

My question is during lets say after a 10 min run at 4.8-5.0 mph my hr usually gets to around 165-170 and I dont have any issues breathing even when my hr gets high. How do I know im doing it safely?
