The AllMother of gut punches this game is

Just finished this game, had the default ending (kinda lame having one default ending to all 1st playthroughs)

I dont even know how i finished this game

Normally i quit at some point. Theres so many things i dislike about it. I much more prefered the combat of SH2R, also the story is so slow and the characters just refuse to develop (who else was tired asf of Rinko at some point)

But i think the atmosphere is next to none, no other game captivated me like this. The japanese setting also helps.

Theres so many themes present, like mysoginy, mental health, bullying etc. And ofc, our cherished morally dubious main character with Hinako, which is such a signature move of this franchise

Am i seeing something wrong here? Feel free to spoil me, no way im replaying this game, gonna watch the other endings on youtube most likely. As ive stated, its a gut punch, both story-wise and gameplay-wise

Am i the only one who felt the final act just went on for too long? Also, what was the deal with Rinko? How did Hanako not punch her after the brat literally tried to kill her?

CPU upgrade from a Ryzen 5500, best option?

Gaming with a 5060ti 16GB at 1440p, the CPU bottleneck isnt that bad, as i can achive mostly bellow 100%GPU usage on most games at that resolution. I also play at medium/high settings with DLSS oftenly on Q. But i know this CPU might begin to falter in the near future.

This is of course a PC i use exclusively for games.

Im considering the 5700x and the 5600XT but which would be the best ugrade? Or should i take the 5800X3D coming this month? My priority is staying on AM4 until AM6 arrives which is presumed to take place in 2029-2030 because thats when AMD promises to support AM5 (although AM5 could survive a lot longer)
