Torn between KTM Super Duke 1390 R Evo and Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS

Both bikes felt amazing on the demo ride. KTM is more intense but feels a little stiff, while the triumph felt smoother and more refined but a little less exciting (while still being very exciting nonetheless).

I know I’d be happy with either one, but I’ve gone through bikes way too quickly in the past few years and want to finally settle down long term with a purchase.

95% of my riding is local city streets and twisties. No commute but would like to be able to do 1-3 hour stints on the highway on occasion to go ride in other areas.

Subjectively I prefer the looks of the KTM pretty heavily, but the Triple isn’t bad either.

Can information from my PHS be shared with non-POST agencies such as TSA and Homeland Security?

I’m applying for a non-POST civilian position that asks far fewer questions than the LE agencies I applied for, but I worry that they’ll access my PHS and DQ me for some of the information in it. Are the LE agencies allowed to share my PHS answers with non-POST agencies if requested?

I understand these records aren’t likely to be requested. I’m just concerned about worst possible scenario on the off chance they are.

Sharing prescription with friend disqualifying for TSO position?

Two years ago, I shared a pill from my Klonopin prescription with a friend who was having a panic attack. She had her own prescription for Xanax but had run out, and she was in such in such an incredibly bad mental state that it seemed likely she would hurt herself if I didn’t provide it.

Would admitting to this on the SF86 under the prescription misuse section disqualify me from becoming a TSA TSO?
