Hi everyone,

I'll be appearing for NABARD Grade A for the first time. While I'm new to NABARD, I've been preparing for UPSC for the last two years and will be writing my State PCS Mains soon.

Once that's over, I plan to focus fully on NABARD. For those who've appeared before, what's one thing that worked really well for you? Any must-do strategy, resource, or area I should prioritize from Day 1???

I've read way too many fics over the last few weeks while I was free, and I think I've officially saturated my brain with the same kinds of stories. I'm looking for something fresh, gripping, and impossible to put down.

Any completed fic that keeps you hooked from start to finish—angst, romance, mystery, drama, anything goes. I've already read most of the popular recommendations, so I'd love some hidden gems. The only thing I'd prefer to avoid is anything overly dragged out or an extremely slow burn.

Looking for Shane-bi/Illya-gay fics where Shane is bi and Illya is gay—it changes the dynamic in such a fun way. If you know any like that, I'd love recs!

If not, I'd also love personality-swapped fics where Shane is the brat and Illya is the soft, shy, slightly clueless one. AO3 recs appreciated!
