i keep getting this glitch among others like the stuttering thing that never ends and the teleporting glitches.. is the game beyond saving?

Rn im trynna save up for a good combo for knife and gloves, is this a good match? i got like 1.3k, ill save upto 6-7k.. or are there any better combos (specifically balisong)
