Looking for a temporary rental, up to 12 months, flexible on location (NL)

Hi all. I’m looking for a place to rent for a fixed period of up to 12 months, starting within the next 1-2 months. My new home is under construction and I’m bridging the gap until it’s ready, so this is genuinely a short-term, defined-end-date situation - not a “temporary until I find something better” listing. I can sign a fixed-term contract and won’t be angling to stay on afterwards, so landlords aren’t left in limbo.

A bit about me: working professional with a permanent contract, stable income, no pets, quiet and tidy tenant. Happy to provide references and proof of income.

Open on location: Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam, Utrecht, or anywhere reasonably commutable, furnished or unfurnished, studio or 1-bedroom.

If you know of a landlord open to a fixed short-term let, or have a place yourself, I’d really appreciate a message. Thanks!
