I’m in sobriety court in Michigan and I just completed phase one. I’m now eligible to get my license back but my probation officer said I would need to get a car, have the interlock installed and bring him some kind of certificate verifying it was installed before I can go to Secretary of State and actually get my license back. I’m just wondering how I would put insurance on the car without my license?
