I am moving out of my UEA accom tomorrow at 8am (ridiculously early!) and my mum is coming to help move some of my stuff. We want to go for breakfast somewhere nearby - any recommendations? I'm quite fussy with 'fancy' food, and she's vegetarian, but we're willing to give somewhere nice a go! I dont have loads of money, so nothing where i'll have to sell my soul for a decent bit of bacon please! We both drive, and have our cars, but no where too far out of the way would be preferable

Hi all!

Thinking of going to the beach tomorrow as I have a day off. Where does everyone reccommend? I drive so no transport issue, though I dont want to be going further than 2hrs away.

I would like a nice beach with soft sand (not the shit that's rock solid), that is quiet, and pretty. Preferably with a place to get a drink/food/ice cream too!

If anyone could also share where I could park there, id be ever so grateful

Hey guys, not my first post here asking for mates, but looking for some who are also more 'out there'. I would say im an extroverted introvert. im autistic and social interactions can be too much, but I love a good drink and club night (even if I do have to head to the smoking area after a few hours to regulate myself for a few mins). trouble is, ive got no one to go drinking with, and definitely no one who wants to entertain the idea of a club night.

Aside from that, I am a 20yo medical student at the UEA, love a good documentary, live music, cats and planes lol. I have a girlfriend who lives in Attleborough but she doesnt drive so we dont see eachother as often as we could. I do drive, but with the cost of diesel still high, im trying not to drive as much!! Im not as sporty as i was but I am wanting to get back into sports. I used to swim competitively for norfolk, and would play hockey a lot. I'm a sucker for badminton!! Unfortunately, I am on a very tight budget, so sports clubs arent necessarily available to me. I do not have financial help from my parents, and due to my course demands and being autistic, I can't work part-time or I'll get too burnt out. Its a good job I've worked and saved since I was 16!
