Restaurant Refunded Me and DD Refuses It

So basically I ordered from Starbucks, they sent one of those cards in my bags that said “the xyz you ordered has been discontinued please reach out to your service provider for a refund”. Submitted it, it got denied? Submitted an appeal with further pictures of the card and food contents of the bag, got denied. So um… guess I’m going back to UberEats. 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️

For clarification: I DIDN’T ORDER/WANT A UNICORN, I ORDERED A FROG. If they did not have it, !!!!they should have REFUNDED it as my settings say to when things are out of stock.!!!!!! I check that option for a reason because I AM very picky about that. Once they substituted a $100 controller for a $65 out of stock one, and I have not allowed substitutions since. !!!!!I don’t care that it was replaced, I want the money back according to the option I selected.!!!!!

This is so dumb.

Why the hell would I pay for basic technical support? In what world or timeline have any of us needed technical support, or some sort of product support, and reached out to the company to be told there is quite literally no way to reach someone? You aren’t Google. Not having a basic level of human customer/technical support is… wild. Especially if you’re trying to compete with ChatGPT; maybe you should try to be better than them… not creating pew-pew bots and spying on us for the government is the bare minimum, you guys.

In other news:

I had fully used my usage limit and had to wait until 8:40 AM this morning. I went to use it again after and apparently, after talking in LONG PARAGRAPHS for HOURS, not running out of usage until about 7:50-8 AM. Then getting the “usage resets at 8:40 AM message”. not only did I wait until after 8:40, I waited an hour almost, I tried at about 9:35. I send a few sentences… suddenly ”usage limit resets at 2:20 PM.”

The stupid AI they have running the “Support” Chat could not understand how this made no sense, despite multiple attempts to explain it. When I said “I wanna talk to a person this is pointless”, I got “support is only available for paid plans”.. clownery.

Infected is all bots?

So, every match of infected I get seems to rarely have but one or two other real people. Ignore the dirty screen but uh… i go to the same spot every round and live because the bots track me through the wall and just slap at the wall instead of pathing to me. Just constant swiping noise and arms glitching the wall till I win
