6.0 hot no start

This is an update, I posted about a week or so ago saying my 2004 f350 was having a hot no start. You guys recommended starting off with a pressure test so I went ahead and did so. I went through my ipr valve and pressured the system, pretty quickly without much pressure on it I heard it. I used the redneck stethoscope everyone recommend and I'm pretty sure it's coming from under my turbo, where the hpop is I believe. Furthering my theory I heard a bit of bubbling and you can tell from the video there's a large amount of oil sitting down there. The main reason I'm posting is I've summed it up to the j joint on my hpop but I want to hear you guys professional opinion before I start ordering parts. Is there further testing I should do? Can I be certain that's what it is based off the location of the noise? Thank you guys in advance.

Hard start on a 2004 6.0

My trucks a 2004 f350 6.0, it has about 230,000 miles on it, it's about 91 degrees out where I'm at. I drive it mainly just on the weekends so it will sit for days. It's had a small oil leak since I got the truck but my dipstick never seems to read low, I'm hesitant to add oil bc I don't want to over fill it but I'm skeptical it might be the culprit. Im pretty sure my trucks a later year, my icp sensor is located on the passenger side valve cover.
I noticed a couple of days ago my truck seemed to be taking a little bit longer to crank. I didn't think much of it but now it's begun hot hard starting/not starting at all. From what I read online it seems like there's a number of tests to preform regarding the hpop system but I'm just not sure where to even start. I unplugged my icp sensor and it had some oil in it, could that be the problem? In the times my truck won't start it reads around 250icp cranking. When it does start it idles around 550ish. Once it's started she runs great but if I turn it off to run into a store or something it gives me a hell of a time starting back up. Also the hard starts are somewhat inconsistent I got my truck up like 160 degrees earlier and started it up 2 times and although it cranked for a bit longer than I'd like it still went. Other times it just won't seem to go. My question is what do you guys think and where should I begin?

Mounting trolling motor

Hello everyone I'm looking for some advice on mounting a trolling motor on my kayak. Would u guys recommend side mounting a trolling motor? I'm kinda skeptical if I should mount it on the side or back. It would be a lot easier on the side but I fear I would be unhappy with the results. Also if I was to mount it to the back I would likely get a handle extender, is there any offset handle extensions on the market?
