I’ve been on Tirz for about 5 months and it’s working super well, but as my dosages increase I’ve noticed my energy levels are plummeting. I’m always tired. Caffeine doesn’t help. I’m taking multivitamins and b12I’ve tried getting more sleep, I’m eating healthy, getting plenty of water with electrolytes. I started taking NAD+ 1000mg capsules once a day about a month ago and am not seeing any difference. Do the injectables work better? Do you absorb more? If anyone has any other suggestions I’m open to it. Not looking for a stimulant type, just need my energy back. Thanks 🙏
