Red light therapy and pumping

I stopped using our red light therapy once I got pregnant since i didn’t want to risk anything and i felt overwhelmed doing some good research on it. Does anyone know if it is okay to use red light while now breastfeeding? Has anyone tried and it affected their milk or notice any differences? Thank you!

Please help! 16 days postpartum & trying to increase supply

Hi everyone! I'm 16 days postpartum and exclusively pumping.

I started with a Spectra S1 and currently pump about 6 times a day. I'm averaging around 2 oz every 2–3 hours. After reading through this sub, I realized that's actually pretty normal for where I am postpartum, which made me feel a lot better.

That said, I'd love to build a small freezer stash eventually.. not a huge oversupply, just enough to have a couple of days' worth of milk so I don't feel like I'm constantly pumping just to keep up. I'd also like a little more flexibility to leave the house without stressing so much.

I just ordered the Eufy S1 Pro because I'm hoping the convenience will help me fit in a couple of extra pumping sessions each day. Has anyone had good results with it this early postpartum? Is there anything I should know before I start using it?

Also, if you could go back to 2 weeks postpartum, what would you do differently to maximize your milk supply?
Some specific questions:
Is pumping 8 times a day really that much better than 6?

Are Haakaas worth using if I'm exclusively pumping?

Did any supplements (Legendairy Milk, Liquid Gold, Cash Cow, moringa, goat's rue, etc.) actually help you, or was it mostly frequent milk removal?

Thanks so much!
