any advice for keeping the tank warm? i have a heating pad covering the entire back, but the temps sitting in upper 60’s/ lower 70’s😢 the heating pad feels warm though, and i wasn’t having this problem before adding the heating pad (just got the hermit crab a few days ago)

i just bought a hermit crab while on vacation (i know not the most ethical way, but i wanted to try to help one, the cage looked so overfilled 😿).
i have an tank at home i have someone else coming over to set it up before i return, but im nervous about the 20 hour drive home along with staying overnight in a hotel. i currently have him on the floor in the vehicle keeping an eye on him, but do i take him inside the hotel? is there anything else i can do to ensure safe travels for my new friend?
if anyone has any advice for me on daily care/ other hermit crab tips, that would also be great!!

hi! does anyone have recommendations for a church in the area that has good young adult groups? i don’t have anyone to go with me, im hoping to meet some friends through there, but also afraid i won’t fit in because i work full time and dont go to school. tia!
