I have my i140 only approved and currently on O1a which is expiring in Sept 2026.
I am going to file for i485 and advanced parole. My concern is re i765. Should I file for it or just stay on O1a or can I have both? Currently my agent O1a only has one employer on it. But I wouldn’t mind i765 so that i can work for others on top of the current one. But from what I understand if i use the EAD that may negate the O1a. I just don’t want to rely on I 765 alone and lose status if anything odd/bad happens with the i485 process
