So I've been looking at cfd and people living with it, eg the Ai overtaken the body, so leaving the problem of the cyberware clinics not allowing them in
Does a monad have a limit on the amount of cyberware/bioware it could have installed in its body, my thought on this is that it's not a metahuman soul being the limiting factor anymore as the body is controlled directly by the nanomachines
A month ago I had a ~7-8 hour gallstone attack
It was more extreme than normal attacks, the pain was more consistently high where I normally got waves that I can kinda think in between, I have my nails done with builder gel (this is relevant I promise), during the attack I was clenching my fists so hard that I bruised my palms and cracked the gel on multiple nails
This attack made me far more scared than any of my previous 8-10 total attacks, once the attack finished I noticed my heart felt weird but put it down as my body being overstressed and should rest, I had a gp appointment for the next day for the heart
Go to the appointment and have the gp check me over and have an ecg done, turns out I have an atrial fibrillation and need to go to hospital
So I then have a 5 day stay in hospital and my heart is beating normally now (it feels like a consistent panic attack if you wanted to know), they think it was a liver infection from my gallbladder that then screwed with my heart
My problem now, other than NHS waiting lists for removing my bag of rocks, is anxiety around eating, any twinges from my gallbladder while eating, nausea, feeling sweaty/clamy etc, are making me nearly constantly on edge
What I'm hoping to get from this is just venting and possibly some advice on how to not worry about eating as much, I've already changed my diet to be low fat and no spicy food, more the mental side of things

This got me thinking about other things you could do with an aluminium box in shadesmar.
What would happen if you put the soul bead of an object in a box, could the object be soulcast on the material plane or would it be impossible to change it with transformation?
What would happen to someone if you put their soulflame (the light that indicates where a person is in shadesmar) into a box, what would happen to the person on the physical and spiritual plane, would they continue to function normally, would they fall into a coma etc?
