I've just done my first session with 10 minutes of tremor time. As soon as the tremors started I felt very pleasurable sensations in my penis and it got erect. The sensations persisted throughout the whole session. I'm wondering if this is normal or maybe I am doing something wrong?

I don't feel empathy towards pretty much anyone, not even my mother. I am not able to understand the emotions of other people and everyone just seems to get overly emotional over unimportant things. I was reading the book "What the Buddha taught" and I've heard it mentioned a few times so I'm wondering rn.
