Hallo zusammen,
ich hoffe, jemand kann mir erklären, wie ich mich jetzt verhalten sollte.
Das Jobcenter fordert von mir über 9.500 € wegen angeblicher Sozialwidrigkeit zurück. Der Vorwurf lautet, dass ich mein Arbeitsverhältnis selbst beendet habe. Ich habe den Job mündlich gekündigt, weil die Arbeitsbedingungen für mich unerträglich waren.
Wichtig ist:
* Ich habe damals weder eine Sanktion noch eine Sperrzeit erhalten.
* Vor kurzem hat mir das Jobcenter schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass die Prüfung des Falls noch nicht abgeschlossen ist und ich bis Ende Juli 2026 eine abschließende Antwort erhalten werde.
* Trotzdem habe ich letzte Woche eine Ankündigung zur Vollstreckung über das Sozialgericht Bayreuth bezüglich des gesamten Betrags erhalten.
Für mich ergibt das keinen Sinn. Wie kann eine Vollstreckung angekündigt werden, wenn das Jobcenter selbst schriftlich mitteilt, dass die Prüfung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist?
Ist dieses Vorgehen rechtmäßig? Sollte ich jetzt sofort Widerspruch einlegen oder einen Antrag auf Aussetzung der Vollstreckung stellen? Hat jemand mit einem ähnlichen Fall Erfahrungen?

Police are investigating vinted
German police are reportedly investigating suspicious listings on Vinted after multiple users flagged items being sold for several thousand euros with descriptions such as "boy, 10 months old, 70 cm." From what I've seen, authorities in Dortmund are looking into whether there's anything criminal behind these listings.
Does anyone else remember the whole Wayfair controversy from a few years ago? I was living in the U.S. when that story broke, and as far as I know, nothing was ever substantiated or resulted from it.
I live in Germany now, and I'm glad this is at least being investigated rather than immediately dismissed. Hopefully it turns out to be nothing more than a hoax or people trolling the platform. Until the investigation is complete, it's probably best not to jump to conclusions either way.

Not a conspiracy, just want to hear your opinion!
I live in Germany, and there's a very wealthy local family called the Pfisters. They own one of the larger construction and engineering companies in the region, and pretty much everyone around here knows the name. One of my uncles worked for them and retired from the company about 30 years ago.
The other day I was scrolling around on Google Maps after a fishing trip, trying to find the spot where my uncle and I had been. While looking around, I stumbled across this field.
I had a good laugh when I saw it. Someone has literally carved "PFISTERS-LAND" into a huge section of land so it's visible from satellite imagery.
At first I just thought it was funny, but the more I looked at it, the more it got me thinking about wealth disparity. Most people are worrying about rent, mortgages, fuel prices, or whether they can afford a holiday this year. Meanwhile, there are people wealthy enough to own so much land that they can essentially use part of it as a giant personal billboard visible from space.
I'm not even posting this as criticism. If I owned hundreds of acres, maybe I'd do something equally ridiculous. It just feels like one of those moments that puts economic inequality into perspective. The gap between "comfortable" and "wealthy" is huge, but the gap between ordinary people and families with generational wealth, large businesses, and vast land holdings almost feels like an entirely different reality.
Curious what others think. Is this just a harmless bit of fun by someone with too much land, or does it perfectly capture how different life looks once you reach a certain level of wealth?

Nachbar filmt mit Kamera Hofeinfahrt und Strasse, ist das erlaubt?
Ich habe leider ein paar echte Bauernköpfe als Nachbarn und bräuchte mal eine Einschätzung zur Rechtslage in Deutschland.
Wir wohnen in einem Haus mit vier Parteien und einer gemeinsamen Hofeinfahrt. Die vorderen Wohnungen nutzen den Bereich zur Straße hin, meine Freundin und ich wohnen im hinteren Teil des Hofs.
Einer der Nachbarn hat vor kurzem eine Ring-Kamera installiert. Nach meinem Eindruck filmt die Kamera nicht nur seinen Bereich, sondern auch die gemeinsame Hofeinfahrt, Teile der Straße und möglicherweise sogar den Eingang der Kirche direkt gegenüber.
Mich stört vor allem, dass ich jedes Mal gefilmt werde, wenn ich nach Hause komme oder den Hof betrete. Ich habe ihn bereits freundlich gebeten, die Kamera anders auszurichten, aber er weigert sich.
Soweit ich weiß, dürfen private Kameras in Deutschland grundsätzlich nicht öffentliche Bereiche oder Gemeinschaftsflächen überwachen. Liege ich damit richtig?
Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich, wenn der Nachbar die Kamera nicht umstellt? Kann man sich an den Vermieter, das Ordnungsamt oder die Datenschutzbehörde wenden? Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?
