So little background first I recently completed my degree and been doing this Job .
First 6 months were fully unpaid which was okay as i got it through a referral . So after that , they agreed to pay me ( below minimum salary).
but the pay has been so irregular and i don't think i am growing much both financially and technically .
Not much company hire Junior Developers nowadays and going back to internships would worsen the situation again .
Should I search for a new company? ( I feel my skills are not enough to be hired elsewhere) or Stay here?
What if i have a hard time landing a junior level job? I won't have elsewhere to go and the current underpay won't be there as well
