The person who usually posts them monthly didn’t, so I figured I would. Also I just like Arboliva.

Midnight Lycanroc is a Pokemon I am so, so, so very angry at for not only not being good, but lacking the tools, stats, typing, or ability to ever be good, and still being a legitimate Pokemon and not some weak gimmick or joke like Delibird or something. He's just so bad and I have such contempt for the way he is designed.

That being said, thanks for the idea u/PyrolsShy for the idea on last week's buff. As per usual, if there's a Pokemon you want to see get some love, leave them down below! I'll try to do the top comment's chosen mon.

I completely forgot about doing this thing for a while. I don't know, life happened, and life took a handful of months. Anyways, I'm back with these!

As per usual, if you'd like to suggest a Pokemon you want to get buffed, go right ahead. i'll try to do whatever gets the most upvotes.

1. Vikavolt. Had to have that jump out at you somewhat. That doubling in Speed, with some investment, makes Vikavolt a force to be reckoned with since its speed problem is effectively patched up. It's going to get a jump on a lot of Pokemon. The tradeoff for such a great increase to that stat is that it's stuck with one move-slot dedicated to Zap Cannon. That's right, the 50% accuracte Zap Cannon.
2. Passimian. Hail Mary Pass is the more-used terminology, but Miracle Pass just rolled off the tongue better. This is simple; the Hail Mary Pass defies all odds and obstacles (like screens and subs) and wins the game. That's why the move it's based off of is Reversal; turning the game around in a pinch. However, that's also why the BP of the move is so high: You'll be stuck running Reversal on a mon that's not packing Sash.
3. Salazzle. No, the infatuation doesn't happen regardless of gender, that's locked down to its usual mechanics. The poison, though, the poison is guaranteed. It's why I chose to keep the base power so low; it synergizes crazy well into Venoshock, which doubles in power when the target is poisoned (note, Venoshock is 60 base power).
4. Minior. This little guy was one I struggled to think of much to do with. Then I remembered Yoshi's ult in SSBU and I was saved. He summons a bunch of Minior to fall on you. Since Minior has mixed attacking stats, I felt it proper not to dip into either one too hard (even though the move you use it with is Special). I dunno, it's a solid mixed attacking option for a mon that wants to be a mixed attacker. The multi-hit also lets it break Sash and Sturdy!
5. Dhelmise. The ghost ship rises up from the depths and beats the shit out of you. I chose to use Anchor Shot because A: Steel moves are Dhelmise's second STAB, and B: There wasn't really anything else that fit Dhelmise's ship aesthetic. Mechanically, it's just Anchor Shot but stronger.

This was fun. I might want to do it for other Pokemon outside of Alola in the future, maybe. Suggest some mons you want to see get their own signature Z-Move and I can maybe possible make it happen.

A big thanks to u/Wicked_Wing for suggesting Qwilfish! I know someone wanted to see Dunsparce and/or Pyukumuku buffed, but given slightly overly-specific criteria of this series, that's really tough to do.

I actually do have a personal enjoyment for Octillery. He's so round and squishy, I do love him for that. Unfortunately he's terrible competetively. Pretty solid in the Pokeathalon though, I learned through research.
