6 months post op results after thigh liposuction

Maybe it’s bad lighting or something, but I have loose skin all around and the lumps and bumps are making me depressed about a procedure that I spent so much on to wear shorts, skirts, things I used to hesitate before. I haven’t been exercising I don’t know if that would help, although I have been advised to build muscle by leg training.
But im still disappointed and looking for solutions to improve this. Can buying a red light therapy belt would help? I still feel numbness around my leg

Worried about chin lipo

33F considering chin lipo but terrified it might be one of those procedures I end up regretting.
The before-and-after photos and surgeon Instagram stories make the results look incredible, but I keep finding threads from people who had complications, uneven results, skin laxity, nerve issues, or simply felt it wasn’t worth it.
I know people are more likely to post when something goes wrong, but it’s making me second-guess everything. Unlike fillers, this isn’t something you can just dissolve or hide if you’re unhappy. There are horrid stories on Reddit where they say the chin lipo made them age 10 more years. It’s scary to be honest.
For those who had chin lipo 1+ years ago, do you still feel it was worth it? Did anyone go into it convinced it was a small, low-risk procedure and end up regretting it? I’m especially interested in hearing the less glamorous side that doesn’t make it onto surgeon social media pages.
