Hi i’m new to using avios. I’ve linked my amex to avios and was wondering if i have to go through the app and pay that way to earn avios, or if i can simply pay in store through apple pay and it will automatically track and give me avios.

Hi, i’m 20 years old and have decided to get the standard amex rewards card. I’m planning to upgrade to a gold card when i’m out of uni and in full time employment.
I was just wondering if there is any tips or tricks to accruing points outside of just spending and the welcome offer.
Also is there a best ‘bang for your buck’ redemption strategy? I’m looking to go on holiday if that helps.
