but the building across the street from Hooters in west end is currently abandoned . Not much to see inside but its got a nice view of Wodall Rogers from the top floor. Pretty sure its gonna get torn down soon.

I recently bought a Baofeng UV-5RTP but am unable to listen to the FM radio on it for some reason. Is anyone having this problem? I know there's a way to mess with a radio setting through CHIRP but I can't use it cause I only have a chromebook.
