Coming back from 8 months of alcoholism

First picture is from December (157 lbs), and second pic is now (140 lbs, 5’5, 22 y/o), the rest are my current lifts. I’ve been struggling with casual drinking and heavy smoking for the time period in between and even a bit before, and I’ve basically lost all I’ve worked for. I stopped drinking and I’m weening off smoking, i miss how healthy and strong I felt a year ago, and I’m tired of letting my external problems pull me away from taking care of myself. Before then I was weight lifting consistently for a little over a year. How do I slowly build myself back up? I know muscle memory is real but I want to do it properly enough to not inure myself. Im going to start doing 100 pushups a day alongside 50 pull-ups (spaced out appropriately ofc) to get myself in a groove again. Is it ok if I start cardio again or should I just focus on building my muscle back for the time being? I’ll take any type of advice from switching up some of my workouts, any meal advice, or exercises to start doing to keep maintenance. Anything will help, thank you guys 🙏🏿

About to see someone I shouldn’t

So I was saved earlier in the year, and spiritual warfare has been my biggest challenge moving forward. In terms of sluggishness, lust, and idolization the struggle has become extremely worrying, and tonight I’m going to spend the the night with a girl I’ve known for awhile. We’ve never had sex, but we’ve done sexual things before. This has been a toxic relationship for years, and tonight she booked an airbnb for us to spend the night at. I obviously know where this is going cause I’ve been entertaining it for so long, but now I’m at a point where I know where things are going to lead to and I just can’t have it in my life, especially considering the fact that God has been on my mind for so long and I want to be a faithful servant, but my flesh keeps leading me to these things that give me false peace. I don’t know what to do anymore, I feel trapped.

Ive been struggling with my relationship with Christ for a while now. I got baptized back in January, and my walk hasn’t really improved, my sins probably worsened even. These past two weeks have been filled with so much unnecessary heartache and anxiety due to my disobedience, so I finally took it upon myself to just surrender and let the Holy Spirit guide me. This caused me to delete certain apps, all social media, certain games, and even cutting my dreads; all things that God has asked me to give up. With that being said I decided to finally start my first fast on Friday for deliverance and repentance and Its been hard to tell how I’m doing. My hunger hasn’t started bothering me, and I’ve stayed indulged in prayer and reading my bible (which feels like the first time in years) and i’m actually happy with whats getting revealed to me as i read and worship. But I still feel as if I’m struggling with my obedience; i’ve fell into lust 3 times since I’ve started, and even though i’ve deleted social media i end up finding myself on youtube instead (i watch mostly christian content and a bit of shorts so maybe it’s not horrible?) I’m just lacking focus it feels like, I feel so bored but I don’t want to pick up a book or study any of my school work, I just either sit and do nothing or find something to watch on YouTube whenever I’m not praying or reading my word. It feels like I shouldn’t even be fasting at this point, so I don’t really know what to feel. I decided to come here to just hear anyone else’s first experience fasting or any tips for how to continue the rest of this with God centered through it all, or if I should just try again another time. Thank you in advance
