i can't seem to post anything anywhere and my first post was removed for some reason.
The amount of rules most of the sub i joined have started to overwhelm me and no matter how much try to follow them i seem to break one or the other and my post or comments end up getting removed.

Whenever i go out all the women i see on the streets are so fit and slim with low body fat in comparison to the men who are usually skinny fat.
NOT TRYING TO BODY SHAME JUST LOOKING FOR ADVICE.
And the thing is gym culture isn't a thing here since i am from a tier 3 city.
How do women stay fit in the midst of the hectic life?
