I’m considering the Anthem MRX-SLM and wondering how it stacks up against Marantz Cinema 70 for sound quality in stereo and theatre use. Anyone have experience, or just views from owning this Anthem? Not much out there by way of reviews and tests. Not able to do a listening test due to local dealers not stocking Anthem, but wondering whether it’s worth pursuing at all.
I was bouncing around the countryside last week on holiday and decided to try efficiency driving mode given that the mood was super relaxed. I am convinced that the engine sound being piped into the cabin is a 5 cylinder note (or 3 cylinder), not a 4 cylinder as my car is.
I’ve never used efficiency mode until now. The different engine beat is especially noticeable under hard acceleration - an uneven cylinder fire. It’s pretty cool, but not the noise it should be making.
I wonder if Audi uploaded the wrong audio file for efficiency mode? Anyone else hear this?
So I’m aware of the family connection between Dreame, Mova, Xiaomi and Roborock (in the early days). Also Ecovacs and Tineco are related at corporate level.
Are there any other robovac corporate relationships (manufacturing or ownership)?
I received the X11 Cyclone yesterday and everything is good, except when mopping. When the roller mop is extended it makes a loud ish creak/cracking noise when mopping. When withdrawn into the main body, the roller mop is quiet while rolling and cleaning.
Is this how roller mops work and sound, or is this unusual?
