It would be my first visit to NYC & Washington DC. Would april end be a good time to visit these two places or do you suggest going before or after.
The aim is to go to the regular toursit spots, so there might be some outdoor activity if not all.
Are the middle eastern airlines functioning as per normal or are we still seeing delays or cancellations because of the dynamic situation in ME?
I'm talking about airlines such as Etihad, Qatar, Emirates etc.

Hi, My grandfather passed away and in his will he has said his money transfers to my mother. HDFC bank has come back to us and said that they need an NOC from all legal hiers, i.e my grandmother and my aunt. My grandmother is bedridden and can't sign anymore. My aunt is in the US and it will be a hassle for her to go to a notary there.
My question is, when there is a will, why is there an NOC required by the bank? Isn't the point of the will wasted then.
Is this a law? Should we take legal action against the bank or is there any other way to solve this?
