I was considering building an AR and was going to order a BCM upper but i don’t see an option for them to install a muzzle break like i hear they used to…. Is there something I’m missing or did they stop offering that option?
This was going to be a 14.5” barrel length.
Could i go to a 16” barrel and not have to pin/weld the muzzle break if i have to purchase it separately?
I’m on the waiting list for central jersey rifle club but in the meantime I’m looking at a membership between the following ranges: recoil, union hill, Weshoot and shore shot. I’m kind of leaning between recoil and union hill with Union hill being top because of 24 hour club. I really like recoil too so would appreciate others input.
Edit: I’m in central jersey and these are all about 30 min from me so not looking to go much further.
I’ve got some pretty big mitts… got around to getting my first handgun and settled with a Glock 17 due to it being one of the few that i could get all my fingers on. The 92 was my first choice but i was a bit shocked by how small the grip felt in my hand height wise. I’d like to revisit this with maybe a magwell. Not sure if anyone has encountered this? I can’t do a mag extension because I’m in a 10 round state.
