Aglaonema ID?
She was labelled as "Aglaonema Mix", any idea of the variety?
Poor thing has severe root rot, I hope I can save her...

I just noticed that these spots have appeared on one of my Bird’s Nest fern leaf. What could be causing this? All the other leaves look normal.
There are actually four ferns in this pot, they were too small to separate. They are in a fern mix, and I water them with spring water when the soil is dry. They get bright indirect light (and currently a grow light). Humidity varies but is usually around 60%.
I don't see any pests, but I treated all my plants with neem oil one week ago as a preventive measure. Could it be the issue?
The three most recent leaves all have this problem. There are these transparent/whitish spots all over the patterns.
What could be the issue? Could it be too much light? I’ve had a Stromanthe Triostar that had streaks in the red on the underside of her leaves because of the light in the same spot.
She is in a light well-draining mix and is growing nicely, with two pups. I water her when the soil is almost dry. She is about one meter from a large south-facing window, indirect light, no direct sunlight.
When the old traps started to dry out, I cut off the dried parts. But now, it's been more than one month and they don't seem to be drying anymore. Should I do something, or can I just let them be? She is growing five new traps.
