Military sizes based on population

I have two countries that have been actively at war for 20 years, and I'm trying to figure out how big the general army should be realistically. I know during WW2 the US had up to about 12% of their population, with numbers dropping during other wars and during peacetime. For an intense war that is continually ongoing, what rough percent of the population would be in the military, including support services like postal and medics? I imagine it would change between the countries, kingdom 1, while focused on the war, would not be as invested as kingdom 2, which is in a dictatorship and heavily militarized. Any advice is appreciated 🙃

EDIT: kingdom 1 pop is around 25 mil, kingdom 2 is around 18 mil

What are some gender neutral terms for royalty?

I've been looking up gender neutral terms that would be the equivalent of prince/ss, I've seen like princex, princet, princeps, but I was wondering if there are others. My royal is nonbinary, but I need a term for them to be referred as, like how with a princess they would be called Princess ___.

Does Jon's dream powers apply to other avatars? How much?

I'm pretty sure that it's Daisy who got dreams of Jon before joining the institute, but would this apply to every avatar? Could Jon inhabit the dreams of, say, Helen, or Breekon? Would his dreams only be applied to the less taken over Avatars (more human-ish)?

Bluetooth pairing notification won't go away (Pixel 7)

Whenever I get in my mother's car, this notification will pop up, go away, and go right back in 2 seconds. I'm not sure how to stop it, I've looked for nearby device scanning on settings but it's not like androids settings. The notification says 'Couldn't pair with _____ because of an incorrect PIN or password'. I have connected to the car once and now this won't go away when I'm in the car. I'm not trying to connect to the car either. Please help!

If you were afraid of an abusive family member (SA / physical / verbal / emotional) or just like domestic violence. Would it be Slaughter? Web? It's the fear of that person specifically. I've been thinking about it and I'm not sure which would fit it well
