Can anyone explain this?

Why are the ferrari f40, porsche 959, and lamborghini countach are all tier 2 cars, and the jaguar xj220 is in the hypercar tier? Im bumfuzzled.

Have any of you on disability ever gotten a letter like this?

What happens? Is it common to het these? Im already on disability and completely freaking out that they're coming for my benefits. Very scared. I'll be homeless without that.

Is there a way to turn off the traffic for "The Maui Big Tour event?

Its such a good route and has credit grinding potential, but these traffic cars are ruining it spawning in blind spots, on hills, and whatnot.
