What if marvel characters existed in the real world part 1
(Summary: Here's the first part of my fanfiction about what if marvel characters existed in the real world)
1.Spiderman Peter Parker
Peter just like in the comics is also a genius student here known for making many inventions. But he's bullied just like in the comics and so uncle Ben who's an ex soldier trains Peter in boxing and wrestling and he fights flash and his friends. He also becomes a popular athlete in school in boxing and wrestling. During a school trip to oscorp in 1992 a 12 year old Peter sees Norman osbourne showing everyone the elixir from myths which he had made for real. He also showed technology powered by unknown forces that he claims can help people defeat the supernatural and shows a spider that he claims is a Jorugumo being tortured by using gamma radiation and God and anti God particles. Everyone cheers calling Norman a real life Ghost buster except for Peter who feels that an innocent creature is being tortured for no reason. Harry explains to Peter that his father had been paranoid ever since seeing the fantastic four and doctor strange in action against supernatural threats and also seeing Magneto and mutants attacking New York and so he has been making such things. Later Peter secretly enters a room where the Jorugumo spider was kept. He tries to free it and it jumps on his hand, bites him and runs away causing panic among everyone and then bites another girl named Cindy before burning to death. Peter gets immediately hospitalized and doctors tell Ben and May that he has severe cancer and radiation poisoning and he might not survive. But Norman sees this as a chance to test his elixir and sends two men to enter Peter's room and inject him with two doses of the chemical. Peter in his dreams sees a humanoid spider like man thanking him for freeing him and that he had given him a bit of his strength as a gift. Peter wakes up to see that his hand has healed and he feels healthy now and goes home. But later he feels that his senses have been enhanced, his physical speed, endurance, strength all have become inhuman and he can climb walls and throw webs from palms and wrists. The rest of his life is like a mix of the classic Spider-Man comics and og ultimate Spider-Man stories. However his powers become uncontrollable after the spider queen captures and violates him and corrupts his DNA. Peter becomes a big spider literally and MJ calls doctor strange and the Avengers to cure him of the curse. Peter gets depowered by doctor strange and MJ kills the spider queen by using wolverine's muramasa blade and iron man tech for hurting her husband like that. However Peter still retained some spider abilities but never became a monster. His villains like Norman and Harry are were goblins, kraven is a werelion, vulture is a werevulture, curt connors is a werelizard, rhino is a were rhino with hulk's blood in him, morbius is a literal super vampire, doc ock is a were octopus and technopath mutant and electro is a human genetics experiment gone wrong. Elementals like sandman, molten man and hydro man are actually spirits of dead people fused with elements. And kingpin is a super soldier ex military man turned crime boss while others like tombstone, Mr negative and shocker are mutants. Peter here fights them all ruthlessly and it's almost like a controlled monster vs uncontrolled monster fights rather than super hero and villain fights. However this Peter doesn't have a strict no kill rule and killed most of his villains after Gwen's death, faked his own death and ran away with MJ for good. Ben reilly here is Peter's estranged twin who gives this suggestion to Peter and MJ to lead a happy life and he goes through gene splicing to become the new spiderman. But later during the civil war which here took place in 2016 Ben dies and miles takes up the spiderman mantle but gets attacked by iron man and his team. Then Peter is forced back into action as spiderman again.
- Wolverine aka Logan
Logan's story is almost the same as in the comics. The only difference is that he was born during the late 1700s in what became Canada. His real father dog Logan was actually a werewolverine and his mother was an evil woman obsessed with power and was a vampire werewolf hybrid. Both of them planned to kill John howlett junior and take his property. And they drank a strange liquid given by the natives that grants immortality but for only a day. And so Logan was born a mutant because of the liquid's mutagenic effects. His mother also had a daughter with her husband John howlett junior who was also born a mutant and was named Jane. But soon both dog Logan and Elizabeth (Logan's mother) realized that her children didn't smell like the undead and rather felt like any other regular person. Then the whole event of Logan killing his real father for killing John howlett junior happened except that he killed his mother too. Logan then ran away with an infant Jane and rose. Then Logan saw how his bones claws three on each hand stored in his forearms work. He also saw that he can self heal, reattach or grow back body parts and for some reason stays alive in literally any condition. His sister Jane also displays such powers when she becomes a bit older except that her claws are on her fingertips. The rest of Logan's story is like a mix of the classic Wolverine and x men stories and Wolverine Max. Later professor Xavier told Logan that his actual mutant power is simply his body refusing to die and adapting to any condition that might kill him instantly. However unlike fellow x man Darwin Logan's adaptations can't be understood by the naked eye. Real life Wolverine is basically like a human tardigrade on steroids and also like DC's doomsday with the difference that doomsday needs to die to adapt while Logan can just casually stand in a life threatening situation and adapt instantly. His enemies like sabretooth who's also a mutant and that too a werebear, werelion and weretiger hybrid has the same powers but with finger claws. Other Wolverine villains like wildchild also has same powers and is also a hybrid werebeast mutant. Omega red is a mutant with tentacles coming out of his wrists that drain blood like a vampire and it's not known why he or others like Mystique and Mr. X were born mutants. Many of Clint Eastwood's westerns were loosely inspired from Logan's life as an outlaw during the 1800s in this universe. Logan did get adamantium on his bones but not in the way the comics showed. Instead scientists at weapon x made an organic adamantium enamel by mixing the metal with Logan's dna and then bonding it on his bones. And of course the real life Wolverine is actually handsome almost Clint Eastwood like and is five feet seven inches tall and so got funny nicknames from fellow x men members.
- Fantastic four
The fantastic four were the astronauts we know from the comics who got powers from unknown energies in space. The thing here is that in this universe they went to space in the late 1960s and when they came back burned and almost dead it was the year 1990. Later of course they recovered and got their powers. However the reason for them having powers is weird. Reed's father told him that his real mother was actually a Japanese yokai that can stretch her neck abnormally and so he got his stretching powers. Sue and Johny are twins here and their mother told them that their father was a military doctor who came home and well made her pregnant but she later discovered that he had died two years before he actually came home. And later she didn't find him anywhere meaning that their father was a ghost. That's why johny's fire powers and flight have no scientific explanation and Sue storm here is basically Marvel's Danny Phantom. The thing aka Ben Grimm was a soldier who was injected with blood from the remains of a rock monster (a titan from ancient myths) and so his skin became like layers of rocks. There stories are similar to the comics except that Sue later left Reed for Namor. But later Reed married a skrull princess who was interested in science and loved Reed for how intelligent he was. Her sister also married Johny storm.
