I love how ARMYs are basically mostly united in criticizing them

That's it, that's the post. I just went online a few minutes ago and most ARMYs I've seen on yt shorts and TT agree that this was a horrible thing to do and are criticizing them normally. Love this. Hope it causes a ripple effect on their other problematic actions.

Was RM's whole feminist thing performative then?

I've been thinking about this. He framed himself as a feminist for really long, and now did this. Was it all just to save face?

This random post I stumble upon in YouTube perfectly sums up my issues with the criticism of BTS's problematic actions and how both sides just can't act normal.

(Guys this isn't about the AI ad!!! I'm talking more generally about hei no one is normal about BTS)

This is my issue when people go criticize them when they fuck up.

ARMYs seem to not be able to do admit when they're wrong, and antis don't want to give actual constructive criticism and just want to exxagerate thinga so they can frame them as villains or something.

I find it so sad that it's so hard for most people online to be normal about BTS without having either a extremely positive or negative bias.

Hey guys. I know this post isn't very interesting, but I found this video that debunks BTS controversies and would like to share it!

This video is great. There are a lot of things that are addressed here that I criticized the Tannies for, that I didn't know were not true or misunderstandings. Really recommend it.

As an ARMY, I really loved BTS's decision to reject to submit their music to the Grammys, I just don't like ARMYs reaction and how they're probably gonna treat the future winner of the asian category.

I'm personally someone who never thought BTS was desperate for a Grammy. Idk, in my opinion they never gave off that vibe, and they've made it clear that now they don't care about it. I also thought that them publicly stating how they don't support the segregation of the Grammys was a action very deserving of respect and I loved that of them.

However, I'm not liking ARMYs reaction and how they're probably gonna treat the future winner of this prize.

ARMY has always been very insisting on how they think BTS deserves a Grammy, but now since BTS made their stance on this clear, they are switching up and pretending like they never cared about the Grammys, when that's just not true at all.

I also have a VERY big felling that when the winner is announced, they're gonna try to make everything about BTS themselves and try to discredit the winner.

Just wanted to share this opinion I have, and know what you guys think.

Am I the only one who hates this?

When we're talking about the insane hate and harrasment a group is facing, and then someone shows up and says "oh but their fandom does this too11!1!!1!1!1 the fandom also hates on *insert group* so you are playing the victim!1!1!1!1!1!😡"

Like it's genuinely so annoying 😭 why can't we just accept that certain groups have insane haters without deflecting by bringing up their own fandoms, which they have no control over? Genuinely makes no sense and annoys me alot.

What is your favorite solo song of each member? :)

BTS has lots of good solo songs, and their solo eras were all veryyyy different. I just wanted to know what's your favorite solo song of each member!💞 Here's my favourites with my thoughts on each song:

RM - Come back to me

Apart from this song itself being great in every aspect and the fact that I love Namjoon's voice here, I also find big comfort in the lyrics. There was a stage of my life where I went through something similar to what Namjoon is singing about, and that's why I find this song incredibly comforting. I also LOVE long length songs!

Jin - The Astronaut

There's just something about this song..... Jin's vocals sound gorgeous here, the Coldplay vibe of the song is great and the lyrics are beautiful. Everything about this song is just gorgeous.

Agust D - People

I LOVE the production in this song with a passion....the lyrics are also great! And there's just something so addicting about this song that lets me play it on loop for like an hour lol. Love it.

J-Hope - MORE

I just love everything about this one, it's so fun to listen to. That guitar is soooo good! I also really like how Hobi sounds here, his verses are great and I really like the drums too.

Jimin - Like Crazy

Sorry y'all but I fear this is the only correct awnser😭 This song 100% has some type of drugs in it, it's so addicting. The M/V and the choreo are both GORGEOUS too, everything about this comeback was phenomenal.

V - Winter Ahead

While I consider his solo work to be the weakest out of all the members and found his solo mini album really dissapointing, there are some other digital singles that he released that I absolutely LOVED, and this one is included. Both Taehyung and Park Hyo Shin have gorgeous voices, both of their voices blend very well in this song and feel satisfying to listen to, and the instrumental is so relaxing too.

Jungkook - Still With You

This song is just so good to listen to. JK's voice, the production, the lyrics, everything here is just so perfect. prod. JK continues to always deliver great music! This is my go-to song for rainy days and car rides at night.

Anyways, what is your favorite solo song of each member? Lmk your picks!

Fellow ARMY who went to the concert, how was your experience?

Hi! I'm making this post because recently I saw a video on the internet criticizing the tour, saying that they're using pitch correction, lipsyncing, they aren't dancing and have no stage presence to make up for it + they were also trashing the stage production and accusing the surprise songs to be a cash grab, and all of this that was said doesn't match my concert experience at all, and I wanted to know if other concert goers agree with me or not.

In my concert(Tampa D1), their vocals were great, and excluding the surprise songs, they sang live the whole time with what seemed like little backing track, and their vocals didn't seem processed at all! They also did dance for quite a few songs, and when they weren't dancing, their stage presence was great, ESPECIALLY Jimin, he's doing great in the tour performances! I don't know why they would call the surprise songs concept a cash grab, since it's a fun idea for ARMYs to be surprised by the songs! And while the stage production wasn't the best, I don't think think it was bad. The person was also accusing BTS members of being lazy and making a no effort tour.... which I don't agree with. I think they gave their best in my whole concert and had lots of energy, and all of the people I talked to at my venue had lots of fun! I wanted to know your guys's experience at the concert if you went to one, and see if you agree with that video's complaints. Lmk your thoughts!

Why do newer k-pop stans dislike BTS so much?

Hello, this is my first time making a Reddit post, so forgive me if I sound cringe or anything of the sorts.

This is something I've noticed a lot lately. Stans of 4th and 5th gen groups lately have hated on BTS A LOT, calling them racists, zionists and constantly making fun of their looks...... You see, I'm all up for criticizing BTS, but these people don't know how to do so and just cross the line of hate and start rabidly hating and calling them names. This is what annoys me the most, I love k-pop and am a fan of lots of groups, and one of my three favorite groups is BTS and I love them since 2014, when I found out about k-pop through them. I want to be on k-pop spaces online and be able to share BTS songs with them and this type of stuff but those recent k-pop fans just seem to think they're the worst people to step on this earth or something. Even on YouTube and YouTube shorts, where they were rather accepting of them at times, the hate and offensive things said about the members are getting out of hand. Does anyone know if there's a reason for this? It's just so annoying to me....😭💔
