Okay hear me out. I just found out that some people don't actually wash their legs. They just let the soap and water run down and call it a day.

So be honest, do you actually wash your legs with soap, or do you just let the water do its thing?

How do you actually track muscle gain properly?

I’m currently trying to focus on gaining muscle, but I feel like I'm not really gaining any...

The scale alone feels pretty unreliable since weight can fluctuate a lot from water, food, and even stress. At the same time, progress photos are helpful but still pretty subjective depending on lighting, angles, and timing. Strength numbers seem like a better indicator, but even that doesn’t always translate directly to visible muscle gain.

So I’m curious how people here actually track muscle growth in a practical way. Do you rely mostly on weekly weight averages, body measurements, strength progression, or just visual changes over time? How do you know you’re actually building muscle and not just gaining body fat?
