I recently got connected with an investor to find residential properties, but I've been having a hard time finding properties. Can someone point me in a direction that's worked for them?

Currently studying in uni, and i have a friend that does assignments for people. He's helped me a lot mostly with English assignments. I've never been flagged for AI use, so I know he's actually doing the work. He does individual assignments and also whole classes for people. if you'd like to connect with him, either dm me or text him on Discord. His user is hxmzxali.
