Good evening ladies and gents. I’ve got an issue on my hands that all my technicians, writers, myself, and managers agree on. We’ve got the latest and greatest in hunter alignment scissor lift style in ground alignment racks. Had their recommended company come out and dig the in ground pit, hunter came down and installed the lift and set it all up. The drivers side of the rack when lowered onto the locks is about 1-2 inches lower than the right (passenger) side of the lift. We’ve contacted our hunter rep and he continues to state that is normal which we can’t get our heads wrapped around. Alignments come out decent, but never perfect. Have had technicians needing to realign vehicles on multiple occasions. Anyone ever deal with something like this?
