In my search for sphagnum moss, I shortlisted this block, but its packaging doesn’t seem ’normal’. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but with expert answers to these few questions, I will finally be able to wonder about something else instead:

• Is the creature labelled ‘hamster’ actually a hamster? If so, what type of hamster is it? It looks like a Guinea pig, but I’m not certain.

• Do hamsters love sphagnum moss so much, they are the only non-reptile that made this list?
