What would be the best way to integrate Latin America?

The mostly success of ASEAN tells us that integration and cooperation is more a matter of political will and common goals than ideological or cultural similarities.

ASEAN has a two authoritarian monarchies, a Islamic Republic, a liberal democracy, two communist states, a military dictatorship and a city state, on it's face these seem like completely adverse political systems that should hate each other but the political will and common goals of having a more independent region unites them and allows them to function.

So far Latin American integration has looked much more like attempts to form a EU than an ASEAN, what do you all think would be the best way to further and expand Latin American integration?

What I think Riot could do to Demacia to make it interesting.

Demacia currently is a big mess, Sylas has not been mentioned since Mageseeker and I hope that game is up in the air lorewise because I think it makes Sylas too good for its own sake.

I have had this idea in my head for years and I think I should vent it somewhere as to where Demacia should go.

Sylas needs to be cruel but fair he isn't someone who will be like "Woo equal rights let's go" but he also shouldn't be someone like "Man this guy is a noble let's massacre his entire family including his children" Sylas is someone who has a plan and he sticks to it no matter how many bones he has to break to achieve his goal wich does not rest in placing his trust that this time the demacians will do the right thing and not prosecute mages.

Lux is creating her mage commune, also Garen has defected to her side. She wants some generic peace but doesn't know how to get there most mages that join her aren't good at combat being generally very weak mages, she and a few soldiers that defected with Garen are the primary defenses of their area wich Lux could be hiding with light magic or smth.

Jarvan is convinced by Shivanna to once again flipflop back into not persecuting mages too much once his grief over his father's death has passed but he has little to no support in this from the people of the capital, the mageseekers and his inner circle. He eventually notices he is a terrible king and that he cares way more about his loved ones than he ever cared about being the ruler of Demacia.

These are the 3 mains protagonists of my idea.

Initially Jarvan after talking with Shivanna repeals the arrest all mages proclamation, but it being too soon after the mage rebellion the Mageseekers with the help of the population and dissatisfied soldiers stage a coup placing Tiana Crownguard as their puppet queen who immediately signs a order for extermination of all mages that aren't under Mageseeker control.

Jarvan manages to escape with Shivanna and is joined by loyals soldiers later on, his main force of loyalists are the Silverwings led by Cirthria.

After the coup the entire country collapses in fighting, mages that where hidden until now start rebelling due to the extermination decree and Jarvan loyalists too. These aren't big fighting forces generally in the dozens when they show up but they cause chaos.

Eventually Jarvan is contacted by Lux for an alliance and he agrees to meet up, after tense negotiations and a dressing down by Lux and a bunch of people who suffered due to his rule Jarvan agrees to abdicate the throne in favor of Lux as a way to show goodwill to the mages in that now they would have a literal mage as queen wich Lux extremely reluctantly accepts.

On Sylas side this whole ordeal has led to a large flock of mages to his rebellion wich has grown a lot and generally moved in a more radical direction. Sylas is worshipped by part of his followers as a reincarnation of the winged protector, in the end Sylas does manage to meet an aspect tho unlike in Mageseeker I think it would be a lot more interesting if he ended up blessed by Kayle as a way to punish Demacia for diverging from the path she set.

After a few months of the usurpers in power conditions in the countryside have generally deteriorated leaving the rebels to take up huge parts of Demacia and set up different proto-states some are magocracies, some are communes similar to Luxe's, Sylas generally avoids giving support to any of these wanting a unified mage front against Demacia.

Everything converges in the battle for Demacia where Lux and Jarvan jointly attack the city and manage to overwhelm the usurpers, executions are kept to a minimum as a way to avoid repeating the circle of vengeance despite objections of some of the more conservative members of Jarvan's loyalists.

After the battle Lux reaches out to Sylas and proposes a huge concession to the mages, giving them a fair portion of Demacia as a autonomous region with Sylas as ruler where only mages are allowed to live.

Sylas initially rejects it encouraged by his more radical devotees that they could take the city of Demacia for themselves but after a meeting face to face with Lux he is convinced to accept and he convinces the majority of his followers to concede on the peace.

A treaty is signed Jarvan, Sylas and Lux all apologize to one another for being assholes and I will avoid my Lux-Sylas ship so everyone just goes on their way.

Sylas sets up a mage kingdom inside Demacia, it has huge autonomy having its own laws, flag, military etc. however it's still legally part of Demacia and Demacia controls Foreign Policy and borders. The two are also bond by a treaty of eternal alliance (Could be a marriage alliance) where they pledge to defend the other in any wars.

Sylas is generally a harsh but just ruler giving harsh punishments to those who do evil and fair recompense to those who do good.

Jarvan retires to the countryside with Shivanna and becomes a cabbage farmer living in isolation with his dragon wife.

Lux becomes queen and generally rules well, Garen becomes a teacher for young solders because I think he would be really good at that job.

There are still a few problems such as some rogue mages wich did not accept the peace and think the mages should've just taken all of Demacia for themselves and some rogue Mageseekers wich continue to try to forment anti-mage sentiment across the country. Also those previously mentioned magocracies generally refused to dismantle themselves just because Sylas accepted some peace on their behalf.

As for Cirthria she gets promoted to minister of war.

Ignore the lack of punctuation, I haven't slept in like 30 hours.

What does Noxus do in triumphs?

Based on the Darius skin after his battle with Trundle we know Noxus does something similar to the Roman Triumph where a victorious general gets to parade trough the streets.

Would it be like the Roman one? Parading with prisoners of war, captured nobles, relics, riches etc. or would it be something more focused on the individual soldiers? From the Darius skin and some of the Noxus stories I got the impression it was the latter as they tend to value asceticism and individual excellence instead of showy displays of wealth and plunder.

Also do they throw large parties or is it a more muted affair of a bunch of soldiers watching a military parade more or less?

Any nations similar to Tluukt?

Nations that mix diplomacy, spying and military power to overwhelm and kill their early game opponents so later they can just eat evertyone. Tluukt is pretty cool for that and i have played Adshaw but not anyone else.
