7 day free trial is a lie. There was no way to cancel the trial and I got no response from help on their site while the free trial was still running. Now they email me after and tell me I can turn off auto renew for next year. LOL

Exchanged phones still got billed for old phone. Got a receipt from them stating they got the phone but mt bill has a 800 charge on it for the old phone. After literal hours on hold was told to wait one month and it would be off my bill. two months later same charge. Time to move on from this company. Their service is designed to frustrate and not let you talk to someone. Long time customer leaving I will have to pay all of the bill to keep my number and then file a complaint with the ccts this I have been told is the only way to deal with these jokers.
