Well I think my tachycardia is coming back..

31 male I had an ablation about a year and a half ago. I would do it all over again, I definitely feel like I got my life back.

But last night for the first time since before my procedure I had an episode of tachycardia for probably two or three seconds and it was enough to make me jump up in terror again. I don't mean to get on here and complain I know people have it worse and I definitely feel blessed that my ablation has worked and maybe still is just don't know where else to go with people that might understand.

Last time around this is about how it started and then it starts to take off from here gradually getting more and more episodes along with PACs and PVCs.

How does one deal with the anxiety that comes along with it? Because honestly it made me feel like a shell of a person and it made it extremely difficult to be present with family. I don't want to get back to that but currently that's all I can think about.

I'm getting bubbles in my epoxy projects they're all pretty similar to this. More details below but can anybody tell me what might be causing this?

I'm clearing out about a quarter inch of space and then filling it up about halfway with epoxy. Each time I do this I keep getting bubbles and I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of them. This epoxy is even supposed to be bubble free so I'm sure it is user error this is my first few times working with epoxy.

According to the directions I'm supposed to mix part a and b for about 3 minutes and then mix in the color powder. I've tried using a heat gun but I ended up making the epoxy smoke and I still couldn't clear the bubbles beforehand. I tried a small torch but as you can see and the green epoxy that also did not work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using pine wood that I have burnt and then just now sealed with the green one before I poured the epoxy. I sealed it and let it sit for a few days and then I poured. At first I was thinking air bubbles from the wood coming up.
