I need some tips to keep the tongue down at all times , I have tmj issues that flares up with constant mewing . I find it even harder to unlearn this because sticking tongue up feels so natural

I think there is a strong correlation between smoking and abscesses that turns to fistula . So do you smoke either nicotine or weed
