We’re looking for someone who understands modern YouTube editing styles with:

Keeping energy/high retention
Our videos are usually around 10–25 minutes long, and we already have a style we’re going for, so please check out our current videos first to see the editing style we use and improve on it.
Channel:
ContemporaryLyfe
Footage amount can range anywhere from around 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the video.
We’re looking for someone we can consistently work with for 1–2 videos per week.
Budget is around 40-80$ per video to start, but we want to build a long-term relationship with the right editor as the channel grows.
If interested, DM us on Instagram:
@contemporarylyfe
We want to focus more on filming/content while having someone experienced help bring the videos to the next level.

am i the bad guy for wanting to be paid back??

so me and my friends are planning to go on a trip in a month from now, one of my friends cannot afford to buy his plane ticket with the rest of us right now and asked me if I could buy it for him and he paid me back. I texted him this morning, to clarify that I would expect to be paid back before the trip takes place. The plane ticket is under $300. Then I proceed to get called greedy because I have money saved up and I shouldn’t be asking for him to pay me back before the trip because that would make it so he has less money to spend on the trip. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable request to pay me back before the trip. I wouldn’t plan to go if I couldn’t afford to go. am I being greedy or am I being realistic?
edit: and another part of the reason why he was wanting to pay me back afterwards one so he could have more money to spend on the trip and that would make me have less, and his argument was that because I’m better off financially than him and I have $15,000 saved, which is for me by the way to buy a new car when my car sits the bed. And I got called greedy we both have jobs. Yes, I make more money, but I also have good. Financial responsibility.
