I bought plain and maple bacon separately because I was craving those flavors lol.

Basically, I've been working out for the last 3 years and haven't seen much progress, so I decided to move to this routine. Do you think it's appropriate for progress? What can I change to make it more efficient? I don't know what else I can do to finally see results...
