TKTWO JAGDPANTHER REVIEW THE HELLFEST STYLE ! IT'S RAINING SHELLS ! ALLÉLUIA !

Now it comes to my fourth set from TKTWO, and considering we almost have no many options regarding a JAGDPANTHER brick tank.
Most known is COBI'S one but as a limited edition and a regular one, which are almost today impossible to find, released in 2023, years during which COBI became really interesting (look at first COBI MODELS makes an understanding of a brand's birth just right before Soviet's Union fall, and how hard it become after, even for POLLAND as a satellite).
TKTWO was the choice, and the right one, with an historical tank who suffered from overheating. And for a weight of 0.781kg.
Let us go for the cons first :
- Junction between casemate and hull could be less viewable. It's rear hatch opens for nothing behind.
- Asymetry of the gun barrel could have been less pronounced, but anyway it's here. Machine gun is static.
- Tracks on mine are rolling only on drive sprocket and tension wheel. Roadwheels does not seem to move ( not the case with PANTHER, so I put that on suspension design). They can get outta tracks easily.
- Camo has to be tweaked to look less escaladated. Well I did it.
And now for the Pros :
- Easy, Fun, Straight Forward, good use of custom parts, well balanced with bricks. Savage as a JAGDPANTHER.
- A pleasure to build simple sturdy, solid, Nice silouhette and proportions. It flows and flows, a perfect roaring cat !
- Easy panels removable to access a very shiny and beautiful detailled interior.
- Mantlet has a ball joint so it can move on all axis ! Kudos to TKTWO for this +(why not on JAGDTIGER ?). And Nice bricked custom parts.
And an exquisite design. Hatches that open are great.
- Tank is very solid and nothing feels clunky, good for display and good for play and being manipulated.
- A brick JAGDPANTHER that looks like a real JAGDPANTHER. And with a Nice illustration.
Well TKTWO succeded in capturing the essence of this cat, and making it a great enjoyable build. I had a great pleasure during assembly with its simplicity and efficiency.
A direct shell in My head.
Now I remember why : my first tank was an unpainted JAGDPANTHER from the brand TAMIYA all grey given by this elder bro'o' your friend.
I had no money at the time to buy such models, nor my parents.
So cool memories.
As I cannot recommend it anymore, I am making a cool diorama.
This Is The JAGDPANTHER To go.
Regards.
