Inoculated with spores 2 weeks ago. Both look a little less white than I expected. Can also see black dots in middle of some bits of mycelium, think possibly clumped spores? Probably put too much spore solution in (about 4ml in each 400ml jar). Any thoughts welcome, first time trying to make a culture. Thanks
Hi, 2x1.5kg bags inoculated with GT spores 4weeks ago. Look to have slowed a bit. Worth a break and shake now to try and reinvigorate? Been kept in a large tub at 24c with heat mat one side and bags at other end. Cant see any contam, but this is only 2nd attempt so I’m no expert yet. 1st attempt failed from the start as heat mat was under the tub which I think dried it out. Any thoughts welcome. Cheers
