After farming artifacts for her since her release, I’m finally in the top 1%! What should I do to make her even better?

I was going through my play history on my Xbox One S, when I noticed this with it being played on an Xbox 360, as stated in the title, I don’t own an Xbox 360, never have, never logged in my Microsoft account on one, and I’m not Japanese, nor have I ever been there, and this specific game/version seems to only be available in Japan. However, I do own the US version of Red Dead Redemption on Xbox(digital, not physical) and I do believe I may have played it on this day on my Xbox one S.

I haven’t seen any unknown activity on my Microsoft account, though as of noticing this I reset my password and logged all my devices out. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
